This branch of medicine focuses on mental health and emotional problems that can affect your behavior and quality of life. At JenCare, our Primary Care Physicians (PCP) understand the connection between mind and body health and can provide help for depression, anxiety and other common problems. Your PCP may also refer you to Community Connections whose professionals work closely with JenCare patients who require a more in-depth evaluation of their behavioral health needs and referral to helpful resources. Your PCP and case manager and/or social worker will always follow through with each other about your care, results, changing health and other needs.
