Dr. Dhaliwal earned her medical degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her residency at Veterans Affairs Healthcare Systems in Baltimore, specializing in clinical and surgical podiatry. She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management, and Maryland Podiatry Medical Association. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
